PRFD case management systems

HH Judge Altman has introduced some new systems in the PRFD.

Firstly there is a new standard directions form which combines the CMS information the court needs to record with the directions which are commonly sought.  The PRFD can email that document out.  The court invites the advocates to complete it by hand before going into court and then send in a typed / edited version within 24 hours of the hearing.    I will post a copy on the website of 4 Brick Court.

Secondly, there is now something called a Prompt Hearing List which as the name suggests means that advocates must be ready to start at the listed time which can be at 9am!. There is a letter explaining the scheme which I will also post onto 4 Brick Court's website.
