Fee cuts

In the Times Frances Gibb writes about the reaction to the fee cuts from the ALC, the FLBA & the Family Justice Council & barrister Belle Turner says she can't work at the new legal aid rates .

Parents may be forced to represent themselves in the Family Court, due to the new Legal Aid fee cuts,with regards to Barristers, involved in Public,and Private Law Care Proceedings.
Experienced Mackenzie Friends are few and far between.
Parents will not have the knowledge,and means, to contest such action.
The Local Authority's will have a Baby Boom, to Gratify their Adoption targets,and gross miscarriages of Justice will continue tenfold.
