Every Child Matters

The Guardian has interviewed social workers who have given the Every Child Matters initiative a cautious thumbs up - though the ICS gets a much less cautious thumbs down.

And rather to my amazement apparently social workers are broadly happy in their job , though frustrated by some aspects of it
