A Whole New Meaning to Her Majesty's Pleasure?

According to the Times , in a case reminiscent of the Catherine Tate show character and her relationship the man on death row, the European Court has decided that in refusing IVF to a prisoner serving a sentence for murder and not due for release until the wife he met through a pen pal network (when she herself was a serving prisoner) will be 51, the UK is in breach of the Human Rights Convention.
